Y型過濾器是輸送介質的管道系統*的一種過濾裝置，Y型過濾器通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、安全閥，定水位閥或其它設備的進口端，用來清除介質中的雜質，以保護閥門及設備的正常使用。Y型過濾器具有結構，阻力小，排污方便等特點。Y型過濾器適用介質可為水、油、氣。一般通水網為18~30目，通氣網為10~100目，通油網為100~480目。 籃式過濾器主要由接管、主管、濾藍、法蘭、法蘭蓋及緊固件等組成。當液體通過主管進入濾藍后，固體雜質顆粒被阻擋在濾藍內，而潔凈的流體通過濾藍、由過濾器出口排出。如還想了解更多過濾器資料請點擊過濾器查看。

   Y型過濾器除了與減壓閥配套使用外，還可單獨應用于冷熱循環水系統，壓縮空氣、蒸氣、油類等介質的管路。用來除掉機械雜物的場合。外殼為鑄鐵或鋼管焊接兩種。過濾網由不銹鋼制造，一般通水網為8-30目，通氣網為40-100目，也可按要求生產。近年發現，由于施工等各方面因素造成雜物堵塞過濾器的現象嚴重，一般過濾器堵塞后，不能及時察覺，新設計的Y型透鏡過濾器可直接從外面看到過濾網中的機械雜物，以便及時清洗，*解決了因過濾器堵塞，造成整個系統運行不暢的現象。
